We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive online sales.
This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. As we transition from a family-run to a scale-up, you’ll embrace the dynamic of our friendly environment whilst pushing innovation and efficiencies to fuel our business growth.
Duties
* Plan, develop, implement, manage, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
* Analyse, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
* Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including the creation of engaging content and analysis of performance metrics.
* Grow existing paid channels through continuous account optimisation and expansion.
* Identify and launch new channels to maximise new customer acquisition and reach new audiences.
* Conduct SEO/SEM audits and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.
* Allocate budgets across all paid marketing to maximize return on investment.
* Regularly analyse channel performance to ensure spend efficiency.
* Provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and strategic improvements.
* Manage cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth.
* Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to ensure strategic testing of channels, achieving optimal ROI, and acquiring high-value new customers effectively.
* Collaborate with other members of staff to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across the organisation.
* Be a leader while also being a team player.
Experience
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media management.
* Analytical with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
* Evidence of delivering paid channel growth.
* In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPA) and the ability to confidently report on these to key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Good time management skills.
* A solution-focused and positive outlook, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail under pressure.
* A results-oriented mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Previous experience in our industry implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable but not essential.
