Walker & Sloan have partnered with a well-respected contractor specializing in high-quality refurbishment projects across South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cowbridge.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial management of refurbishment projects.
* Cost planning, tender analysis, and procurement of subcontractors.
* Managing project budgets and valuations.
* Ensuring contracts and financial agreements are adhered to.
* Providing financial reporting and risk analysis.
🔹 Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior QS, ideally in refurbishment.
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Relevant degree (or equivalent experience).
