As a Regional Sales Manager at Terex, based in Farlough, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the TWS dealer network and direct s ales with the specific aim of expanding sales and support in new and existing territories within Europe. What you’ll do Develop and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships Assist dealer network through identification and analysis of new opportunities, as well as targeting direct sales in specific territories. Set clear dealer sales targets and work with dealers to help ensure these targets are met through support, training and customer liaisons etc Prepare and present monthly and annual sales and forecasts reports Develop regional sales strategy and present progress reports on a monthly basis Continually assess market requirements in conjunction with dealers and feed back to product development team Provide quotations, plant specifications and sales drawings (in conjunction with applications team) for all plant enquiries Work with the engineering and aftersales teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction in terms of technical support, problem resolution and parts Demonstrate the full range of TWS products to potential customers where required Assist the marketing team in promotion of the TWS brand Provide regular detailed sales training for new and existing dealers sales teams What you’ll bring Degree educated or equivalent Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Engineering / Technical sales Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers and / or dealers Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills Computer literate and experienced in the Microsoft office suite Requirements Extensive travel worldwide Must hold a clean valid driving licence and valid passport Ability to work flexible hours as required Enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative Able to work under pressure Excellent attention to detail Position is based in Dungannon, N.
