We have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to join an innovative and dynamic organisation within the financial services industry.
The role:
We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager, someone who is energetic, people-focused, professional, and who thrives on engagement, hosting, and collaboration! You will play a vital role in keeping the team motivated, inspiring, and driving the team to meet their targets. Working closely with the marketing team and being the internal communicator as well as hosting events, webinars, and corporate gatherings, we are looking for someone who is organised and always ready to get stuck in!
Responsibilities:
* Host monthly webinars, to update advisers on industry developments, policy changes, and best practices as well as organise and execute CPD-accredited training sessions by collaborating with product providers and industry experts to keep advisers informed and ahead of trends.
* Collaborate with other departments to encourage advisers to participate in internal training and gather feedback on what they’d like to see in future sessions.
* Represent the business with confidence and energy, serving as a key figure in building excitement and engagement among advisers and partners as well as getting involved in local community events to promote the brand and help increase the visibility both locally and nationally.
* Manage event logistics, from venue selection to seamless execution, ensuring all participants enjoy an exceptional experience.
* Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that elevate brand visibility and strengthen adviser engagement and act as the liaison between advisers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
Skills
* Proven ability to engage and inspire others through events, presentations, and training sessions.
* Strong marketing acumen, with experience running campaigns and promoting events.
* Exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex concepts and delivering them with clarity and enthusiasm.
* Confidently hosting both online and in-person events with an engaging stage presence.
* Experience organising corporate events, including managing logistics and ensuring impactful execution.
* Proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other presentation tools.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the financial advice industry, FCA regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with CPD frameworks and professional development in financial services.
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
