The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of working within children's residential care
2. Ability to oversee a team and ensure the successful running of the home
3. Qualification to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards Level 4/5
4. A desire to grow and develop with the provider
5. Willingness to participate in the on-call rota and work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
Key duties will include:
1. Ensure all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home, and to the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best care
2. Take the lead for all regulatory and compliance requirements with Ofsted
