This position is perfect for an individual with extensive paid search experience who is focused on driving performance and generating substantial revenue. The PPC Manager will be a key member of the eCommerce Performance Marketing team, responsible for overseeing the daily management and ongoing optimisation of paid search accounts. Managing a significant budget, the PPC Manager will ensure the channel meets set revenue targets and plays a crucial role in the continued growth of the business. Main responsibilities in the position of PPC Manager includes: Develop and execute the PPC strategy, ensuring the channel delivers on revenue targets for both the business and associated brands. Manage account budgets and set clear expectations for all activities to ensure measurable returns on spend. Monitor and optimise paid search performance, focusing on KPIs such as Impression Share, CTR, and ROAS. Oversee PPC campaigns across YouTube and Google Display to maximise exposure. Implement best practices to ensure the most efficient operation of paid search accounts for both brands. Conduct experiments to test new features and strategies, maintaining a continuous test-and-learn approach. Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to ensure stakeholders remain informed. Lead the PPC Analyst within the team and collaborate with external agencies and search partners. Work closely with the SEO team to align and support a unified search strategy. Monitor and analyse competitor PPC activity, using auction insights to improve positioning and performance within the market.
