Job Description: New Business and Client Engagement Manager Specialist Field Sales Field Based – UK Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) £41,000 - £51,500 Commission Car/Allowance We make health happen The purpose of this role is to support our growth ambition through the delivery of corporate new business, optimising take up rates with member funded group businesses. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and maintain strong relationships. Represent Bupa externally with clients, members, and intermediaries with a focus on Corporate New Business Dental products. How you’ll help us make health happen: This a field sales position and the job holder will be required to visit with clients and intermediaries to uncover sales opportunities. Work with the sales team and intermediary community to deliver corporate new business for specialist sales teams. The role holder will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority within the brokerage. To make introductions to Bupa Dental Centres and call them in to client relationships as required and subject to client need. To present to employees who are eligible for the benefit and to encourage them to join the group scheme Demonstrate that you pay due regard to the interests of the customers and treat them fairly Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Ability to travel across the UK as per business requirements Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting strategic relationships Successful track record of increasing revenue, profits and growth within a regulated environment Strong determined communicator and negotiator with experience of corporate level/board level selling, persuasion and negotiation Ability to work in target driven environment and achieve personal targets on a monthly basis Track record of ‘treating customers fairly’ and delivering compliant sales within a regulatory environment is key Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence Effective time management skills and a clear ability to meet strict deadlines Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with customers and colleagues building compliance, authenticity and trust Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
