Accounts Administrator Dungannon £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) Full-time or Part-time We are currenlty working with a dynamic healthcare services company seeking an organized and proactive Accounts Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play an essential role in supporting the financial operations while contributing to the smooth running of healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing and purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing Assist with credit control, following up on outstanding payments and maintaining good relationships with clients Support the purchase and sales ledger functions, ensuring that all records are kept up to date Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including preparing reports and managing files Utilise Sage 50 and Excel for data entry, analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks Proven experience in accounts administration, ideally within a healthcare setting Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel; experience with other accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team they are open to offering flexible hours (full-time or part-time) to suit the right candidate.
