We are looking to bring on board a successful candidate to take up the position of Customer Service & Transport Coordinator on a permanent contract, to join a busy, fast-paced team based at our customer site in Hadleigh.

Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up £30,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Distributing Daily Reports
* Dealing with day-to-day transport issues from drivers at delivery points to the customer chasing up ETA’s
* Booking specialist vehicles on a daily basis along with allocation of smaller volumed deliveries to the XPO internal pallet network
* Proactively seek to prevent issues and when issues do arise, find out-the-box solutions to keep our service levels running to the highest possible level
* Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to queries
* Payroll and HR admin duties for the XPO team based onsite at Hadleigh
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Previous experience in a Transport environment is advantageous
* Be honest, reliable, flexible, and focussed
* Excellent communication skills in all forms & at all levels
* Working experience of Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
