What You'll Be Doing
Diary & Meeting Management - Organising schedules and appointments for IFAs
Client Case Preparation - Ensuring files are ready for Advisor presentations
Database & Records Management - Keeping everything up-to-date and accurate
Client Communications - Updating clients on progress and policy valuations
Reception & Front Desk Duties - Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism
Call & Mail Handling - Managing incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
Office & Facility Management - Keeping things running smoothly, from supplies to supplier coordinationWhat We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy. Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
A calm problem-solver who can adapt and find solutions
