Role Summary
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding DNA Payments’ presence within the ecommerce landscape focusing on digital first businesses with a £3-£20 million annual turnover.
You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities, promoting DNA’s digital payment solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team in a highly competitive space, where you’ll be instrumental in driving the commercial success of our fintech products.
Job Description
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new mid market ecommerce clients with £3m - £20m turnover.
* Actively prospect and engage with C-level executives, finance departments, and decision-makers within target organizations to promote DNA Payments’ solutions across various mid market ecommerce sectors.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of DNA Digital Payments’ products, services, and value propositions, tailoring pitches to meet specific client needs.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of mid market opportunities, ensuring consistent activity and conversion.
* Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Account Management.
* Define and deliver go to market strategies to grow mid market awareness of DNA.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements within the fintech and payments sectors.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B digital sales, ideally within the ecommerce space and high risk industries (gambling).
* Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach to sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-level stakeholders.
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and grow market share.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a robust pipeline while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
