Full Time, 13th April End - Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hedge End
Days: Wednesday to Saturday: 11am - 7:30pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Pay: £112.07 per day (includes holiday pay) + Up to 15% based on hot leads generated + 34p per mile (up to 10 miles daily)
About the Role: We're looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Fast Brand Ambassadors in Wickes. As part of this role, you will be promoting Solar Fast products in-store and engaging with customers to generate quality leads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Soft sales and warm lead generation: Approach, engage, and build rapport with customers to showcase the key benefits of Solar Fast products
* Lead collection: Capture customer interest and input leads into the Wickes system for follow-up by Solar Fast
* Meet KPIs based on the volume and quality of leads generated
* Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner while providing valuable information
What We’re Looking For:
* Reliable and self-motivated individuals who can work independently
* Strong rapport-building skills with the ability to engage and inform customers
* Tenacious and enthusiastic approach to sales
* Ideally, experience or credibility in selling solar products
* A positive attitude and a genuine interest in renewable energy
