Salary: 35,000 - 35,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a 2nd Line support role or higher. You should have hands-on experience supporting a Microsoft Office 365 environment and tools. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Experience working in an ITIL environment and within a manufacturing setting is desirable.
Responsibilities:
* As a Second Line Support Engineer, I will expect you to provide 1st and 2nd line support to our on-site and worldwide users. You will support the on-site aspects of our networking infrastructure and manage mobile devices across the business (both Android and iOS). Additionally, you will assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation, performing necessary data backup and recovery tasks, and liaising with third-party application and systems vendors when required.
