Shift: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Production Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team in Lutterworth.
This is a hands-on role where you will supervise a small team and ensure orders are being built correctly and efficiently for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a small team of production staff
* Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
* Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
