Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an Electrical Test Engineer to join a well-known company based in the Leicester, LE2 area.
Working hours:
The hours of work are 08:00 to 16:30 Monday - Thursday and Friday 08:00 - 13:00
This position pays £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
Job Duties:
Testing and Evaluation: Design and execute tests on electrical components and systems to assess their performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical systems, including identifying faults and suggesting corrective actions.
Collaboration : Work closely with design engineers, product development teams, and quality assurance to ensure that products meet design requirements and industry standards.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of tests conducted, results obtained, and modifications made to test procedures or equipment.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that products meet relevant safety and regulatory standards
