Administrator Permanent - Nantwich up to £28,000 DOE We are currently supporting a company through a period of growth and success. This family run business requires a new team member to support with the daily operations of the administration office. Reporting into the Office Manager and Director, you will become a key player in the continued growth of the business. This role really requires a candidate who is an exceptional team player, someone who can get stuck in and support with a variety of tasks as and when they arise. Previous experience of working on a busy help desk or within a scheduling role would be advantageous. Daily duties can include: Working from a busy helpdesk handling incoming emails, queries, and calls Handling a variety of facilities management issues from business across the UK Liaising with engineers to schedule work load Keeping accurate records Updating work orders Noting tasks for completion Support with invoicing client when required Send out weekly planners to engineers Keeping several inhouse systems up to date The role will grow over time to encompass the tasks above. Full training will be provided, however previous experience is advantageous.
