Elevation Recruitment are currently working with an established UK Business in Hellaby, who are looking to expand their team with a Trade Customer Advisor. This will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth execution of order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound sales enquiries on the telephone and via e-mail and in person, which involves checking stock levels and pricing using Microsoft.
2. Dealing with customer queries and complaints, obtaining technical information regarding products where required, and providing general customer service.
3. Responding to customer enquiries on the phone, via e-mail, or via a web-based sourcing tool. Sourcing items from other suppliers when required.
4. Maintaining high standards of administration and customer service to achieve maximum profitability and service level.
5. General administration support to the wider team.
Requirements of Trade Customer Advisor:
1. Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
2. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office packages is preferred.
