You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include gathering, managing and analysing a wide variety of Reward data to enable the team to make better decisions.
You’ll address Reward enquiries promptly and consistently, collaborating with other internal teams as needed to provide guidance to staff and managers. You will also play a key role in executing the annual Reward activity calendar, focusing on the annual pay review, pay benchmarking, and equal pay initiatives.
Additionally, you will help maintain and communicate both new and existing employee benefits throughout the year, promoting their usage, addressing employee enquiries, collaborating with the broader People team, and liaising with providers to ensure benefit operations and a positive experience for clients and customers at every stage.
