About you You are a experienced caretaker or similar who is used to using hand and light power tools safety and you loves performing maintenance tasks across properties and grounds, taking pride in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environments for all. You work independently and manage your time well, and you interacted effectively with your colleagues and those around you. You have experience of managing contractors and ensuring that they are providing a high quality service.
