Our team supports adults of any age who may need the support and advice from us for a wide range of reasons which may, at times mean you are setting up short term care in emergency situations or dealing with safeguarding concerns. You will be someone who can build a rapport quickly and able to prioritise and plan effectively and be creative with available resources. Maths and English GSCE Grades A- C (4-9) or equivalent (or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of numeracy and literacy). Experience of working within a social care environment and delivering person centred working, supporting people to take positive risks.
