In this role, you'll support the Sales Managers with key administrative tasks, handle customer enquiries, and keep essential records up to date. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the sales office. Key Responsibilities: Process orders and respond to quote requests in a timely manner. Log enquiries in the CRM and assign them to the correct team members. Monitor progress and keep customers informed about delivery timelines. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with price list updates. Handle travel arrangements and other administrative needs for the sales team. Work with operations and stores to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and service contracts. Identify and develop both short-term and long-term opportunities for account growth. Experience and Skills Required: 3 years of experience in a sales coordination role. Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail. Personable, able to build positive relationships across the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt, especially with technical products.
