We have an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Team in this new role!
Working within our Neighbourhood services, you will support our customers identified as engaging with hoarding behaviour and deliver a personalised plan for therapeutic and practical support, enabling customers to focus on behavioural change, de-clutter their homes and cease unsafe practices.
Forming a trusting relationship with your client you will act as a conduit to make introductions and enable access for colleagues to carry out their statutory housing duties.

About You
You will have experience within the Housing sector, and it would be great if you have previous knowledge of Hoarding.
You will display genuine empathy and a desire to meet customer’s needs, responding to them with tact and sensitivity. The ability to work alone or within a team is also needed.
A keen learner, we are looking for someone who wants to developer their existing customer service skills within this new role.
The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence with access to your own car or another form of transport is required.
