We now have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking, and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Commercial Property Team. This opportunity offers the successful candidate career progression with high quality work and a varied client base.
About You
You will have a broad range of commercial property experience, be commercially minded and passionate about property law. In addition, you will:
1. Be a qualified solicitor with a good depth of post qualification experience in Commercial Property law.
2. Have strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions and related legal principles.
3. Be adept at applying legal knowledge effectively to provide commercially beneficial advice to clients.
4. Be able to manage a varied caseload or commercial property matters such as leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinance, landlord and tenant matters, etc., independently and as part of a team.
5. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
6. Have demonstrable experience in business development with great networking skills.
7. Be proficient in case management systems and general IT skills.
8. Be able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
