IKEA Gateshead are looking to welcome a Click and Collect Assistant to join our hard-working Fulfilment Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be essential in confirming and handing out orders to our customers at our Order Collection point in-store.
WHAT WE OFFER
1. Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
2. This role is 12, 16, 20 & 24 hours a week, working 3/4 days out of 7, including 3 in 4 weekends.
3. The hours of operation are between 09:00am and 21:30pm.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
1. You have experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
3. Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. Checking over and handing out customer orders.
2. At times, handling and resolving any after-sales or customer queries that may come up.
3. Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service.
4. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
