LB Group are a Top 75 firm in the UK of accountants providing Audit, Tax and Advisory Services across a variety of industries. We are looking to recruit a proactive individual to join our Business Support team, based in our Chelmsford office.
In this role, you will ensure our clients and technical teams receive a professional and unrivalled service. You will be a team player and have a flexible approach to completing tasks and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Phone cover
2. Front of House duties
3. General office presentation, including meeting rooms
4. Post incoming and outgoing
5. Keeping up to date all hard copy filing systems as well as electronic records
6. Monthly client requests and reminders
7. Sending out documents for electronic signature
8. Assisting with CS01 preparation and submissions
9. Assisting with Accounts & Tax Return submission
10. Stationery orders
11. Scanning / photocopying
12. Organising files for archiving
13. Updating database
14. Communicating with staff and clients in a professional manner
15. Archiving electronic and physical documents
16. Ad hoc administration duties
17. Assisting with the client onboarding process of new clients
Skills Required:

Previous administrative experience within a financial or professional services environment is desirable.
