Office Administrator Required (Temp) Location: Bury St Edmunds Job Type: Temporary Contract Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage correspondence. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organised records. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow. Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards. Provide support to various departments as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
