Job role: Trainee Audiology Practitioner
Location: Mostly at the Burnley Store, plus spoke in Nelson and Colne as required
Working hours: Full Time (5 days over 7 and weekend working is essential)
Salary Up to £NMW + 20p per hour

Experience level: Previous hearcare, optics or healthcare experience is not essential but would be advantageous

As a Trainee Audiology practitioner, you will be an integral member of the team and the first point of contact for our customers and once you have completed the relevant training you will be able to perform clinical activities along the customer pathway.
You may be trained in the rehabilitation and repair side of audiology or it might me microsuction, but it won’t ever be dull!
You will be involved in everything from meeting and greeting customers, to booking and planning clinics and lets not forget about our customers orders and placing them quickly for them. You will also be taking calls from customers who want to make appointments as well as making calls to existing customers to let them know they are due a hearing test, positive and clear communication is key here, so you need to be able to demonstrate great listening skills along with the ability to pretty much strike up a conversation with customers with ease.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in either, Healthcare / Retail / Optical setting preferred but not essential.
