Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a variety of planning applications and projects, from residential developments to large-scale commercial schemes.
Provide expert planning advice to clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Conduct site appraisals, draft planning reports, and prepare statements.
Liaise with clients, public bodies, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Contribute to the team's business development activities, including writing bids and attending client meetings.Skills and Experience:
RTPI accreditation (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related field.
A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policies.
Proven experience in handling a variety of planning projects, with a solid track record in the private or public sector.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
