We are seeking a qualified field sales manager with vast experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
* Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
* Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
* Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales
* To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas
* Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy ranging from routine visits, quarterly reviews and staff training
* To acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge to facilitate conversations
* Thorough understanding of customers strategy and competitor activity and create awareness internally through networking to ensure an appropriate feed into the channel business planning process
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
* Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri (09:00 - 18:00 hours)
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
