Role:
We're searching for a Marketing and Communications Associate with a knack for storytelling, digital savviness, and relationship-building. Be the catalyst behind impactful campaigns, drive our brand's voice online, and represent us at pivotal industry events.
Responsibilities:
* Craft, manage, and evaluate social media strategies.
* Update and maintain our website for optimal user experience.
* Develop compelling content across platforms, from blogs to videos.
* Lead event planning from ideation to execution, locally and globally.
* Represent The Simulator Company at conferences, establishing our presence.
* Build and nurture relationships with customers and strategic partners.
* Monitor budget, deliver on KPIs, and report on marketing metrics.
* Address additional duties and tasks as they arise.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
* Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
* Skills in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* An eye for detail and an ability to juggle tasks.
* Prior experience in Marketing is required.
* Prior experience in event management is a plus.
