Our global media client is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager and wider creative services team in all areas of production and project management, across the Media Networks MENA Channels. To help in delivery and tracking of the production make list, working across a variety of project and channel management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the PM to manage the monthly “make-list”, accurately tracking projects, timing and spend.
2. Responsible for the scheduling and managing the time of post-production staff including editors, audio engineers and graphic designers.
3. Responsible for creating the monthly versioning document and tracking audio and video components for delivery.
4. Manage projects within Mediator, and make-list within channel management system.
5. Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications, broadcast standards and brand standards are met for linear and digital/social material.
6. Booking voice over talent and ensuring AOR’s are completed and filed accordingly.
7. Maintains accurate production reports. Plus, archiving and organising production department documents (contracts/ music cue information/ legal notes/scripts etc.)
8. Organise and liaise with programming on all make list deliverables.
9. Manage all conversations with the compliance team ensuring all material delivered is compliant.
10. Assist PM with end of quarter and year-end figures.
11. Provide general administration and organisational support to the creative team.
12. All other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
1. Proven experience within production environment at coordinator level, ideally within a broadcast production environment.
2. An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process.
3. Experience of working across multiple projects at one time.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time.
6. Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
7. A self-starter who can is resourceful and can adapt to different work-flows.
8. Provides solutions.
9. Working knowledge of channel management systems an advantage.
10. Knowledge of Adobe premiere is an advantage.
