Job summary We are looking to recruit to the post of Treatment Room Nurse. You will work within our well established Nursing team. The role will involve general treatment room duties which include wound care, phlebotomy, travel health, health promotion, immunisations and cytology. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate will be well organised, flexible, enthusiastic and committed to working in a Practice environment. The hours are: Friday - 1.00pm - 6.30pm - 5.5hrs Main duties of the job To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. To work as a member of the general practice nursing team, to support the organisation and facilitation of clinical care in a holistic and proactive manner to patients registered at the practice.
