Our client, has an exciting opportunity for an assistant role within the validation team to learn valuable skills, knowledge of Validation systems and help manage the growing workload.
Duties will include:
~ Actively participate in process qualifications including IQ, OQ, PQ stages of the validation
~ Interaction with Customers, both via email & calls
~ Develop, design & execute validation protocols
~ Assist the engineering team in maintaining process documents & assist with inspection regarding quality of the parts
~ Perform training to procedural & quality system changes
~ Assist with quality engineering activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and achievement of company quality objectives
~ Liaison with personnel within various department across the business
~ All other tasks & duties as required by the validation / quality department
Key Skills:
~ Strong organization skills
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to manage project timelines
~ Strong analytical and statistical skills
~ Excellent communications skills, oral, written and electronic
~ Must be accurate in handling detailed information / data
~ Full training will be provided
The working hours are 0642 - 1500 Monday to Friday
An immediate start is available after successful interview, and this opportunity will lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.
