Full Stack Developer- 100% Remote- Contract Join our dynamic Development team to support and develop our internal platform, which comprises CoTS products (Salesforce, Survey.js, and Sendgrid) and two bespoke systems (Client Area and SRP). This platform facilitates our daily operations, including automated analysis and reporting of large data sets that our clients rely on for crucial business decisions. You will drive continuous improvements to the user experience of our products, establish standards, and contribute to the development of new features and products. Responsibilities Provide architectural and technical input and knowledge. Proactively communicate operational or technical obstacles. Identify possible improvements for our products. Work across the full tech stack – Python, Next.js, and AWS to support bugs, features, and projects. Write high-quality, well-structured, and well-documented code. Collaborate with the team to estimate tasks, contribute to specifications, and deliver quality work within deadlines. Highlight any issues with tasks or delivery in a timely manner and proactively communicate progress. Participate in team practices, including ticketing system, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Identify bugs and suggest possible improvements. Recommend improvements, new features, and third-party products. Contribute to manuals, guides, and 'how to' tutorials. Comply with all security policies, taking responsibility for the security of your own, the company’s, and our client’s data. Essential Skills Experience working with Python, Next.js, and AWS. Awareness of business processes and challenges, with the ability to contribute to prioritisation discussions. Strong understanding of process and best practices. Ability to self-start and meet deadlines. Experience working with Rust or React is essential to support our legacy systems. Team player.
