Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 annually (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00)

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join our London campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.
As our Wellbeing Officer, your duties will include:
Conduct well-being meetings with the students in order to discuss their problems.
Analysing and identifying wellbeing cases and sharing a report with the Wellbeing Manager.
Providing guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care is essential, as is offering support to students who are experiencing emotional or practical difficulties that are affecting their learning.
Managing a caseload of student well-being matters is part of the job, and requires reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes, as well as communicating with tutors and other central services.
Helping the Wellbeing Manager to deliver workshops, webinars and awareness-raising events.
Planning and organising own workload.
Contributing to longer-term plans/programmes.
A bachelor`s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology/ Education or related subjects
Evidence of working with a diversity of students
Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
