Job Title: Locum Speech and Language Therapists Banding : Band 7 Start date: ASAP Duration: Until 31:05:2025 Location : L ondon Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am- 4pm Rate : £ 29- £ 3 4 We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapists to join our team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a tertiary setting, providing specialist assessment, treatment, and management of language, communication, and swallowing problems in adult clients. Responsibilities: As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will demonstrate highly specialist clinical expertise in the assessment, treatment, and management of language, communication, and swallowing problems in adult clients. You will provide evidence-based specialist intervention and evaluate outcomes, maintaining associated records as an autonomous practitioner. Your role will involve demonstrating highly specialist knowledge underpinned by current evidence-based practice and outcome measures. Additionally, you will utilize highly specialist clinical skills for interpretative assessment techniques and interventions in the care of patients with tracheostomies and those requiring instrumental procedures such as video fluoroscopy. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy HCPC registration Experience in neurology and progressive neurological conditions Training in FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) and video fluoroscopy highly beneficial Highly specialist knowledge in neurorehabilitation Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why work with Pulse?
