Criterion Theatre, an iconic and historic venue in the heart of London's West End, is seeking an experienced, dynamic and proactive HR Manager. This role is critical in maintaining and further developing a robust HR function. A part-time position working with the team, three days a week at the venue in Piccadilly.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
2. Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
3. Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies.
4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
5. Monitor and report on HR metrics.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
2. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
