The Role Due to continued growth within our Restructuring & Insolvency Service Line we are recruiting for two people to join the team as Restructuring & Insolvency Administrators, to be based at one of our offices in Carlisle or Leeds. This role will involve processing and completing various insolvency cases with the help and support of experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Seniors & Managers. We want candidates who are team players, who are driven to succeed with a can-do positive attitude and strong work ethic. The main elements of this role will include: Assisting with information gathering on new appointments Production of statutory forms and standard letters with minimal supervision Carrying out the cashiering function (remittances, payment requisitions, journals and bank reconciliations) on formal insolvency appointments Dealing with correspondence, claims and queries from creditors and former employees Please note that we will not be accepting candidates from agency suppliers in connection with this vacancy.
