Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with a dynamic, high-energy approach. In this role, you will lead the clients sales strategy, develop relationships with business leaders, and build a strong pipeline of clients. You will take a consultative approach to understand executives’ needs and help guide them through coaching programs.

Requirements:
* An entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of the law of attraction
* Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies
* Consultative sales approach with the ability to engage business owners
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the company’s sales strategy, setting targets and driving growth
* Engage with prospective business leaders through inbound leads and existing networks
* Build and manage a pipeline of engaged business owners and transition them into our coaching programs
* Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored coaching solutions
* Achieve and exceed growth targets while contributing to the company’s long-term success
