We are looking to recruit an Estimator to work for a thriving business based in Dudley. You ideally need to have a minimum of 1 year estimating experience in a construction or joinery-based role. The role will report into the Sales & Office Manager.
The main duties will be:
1. Prepare high quality quotations by evaluating enquiries, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
2. Understand technical capabilities and product suitability with regards to environment and specification.
3. Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying enquiries, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
4. Deal with inbound telephone & counter sales enquiries as required.
5. Review and where necessary, liaise with relevant business delivery departments (CAD, Contracts and Production) ensuring proposed contracts can be fulfilled technically, operationally, and commercially.
