Description
Client Management
1. Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
4. Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling
Technical Leadership
1. Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with UK auditing standards
2. Review financial statements and ensure compliance
3. Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
4. Evaluate internal control systems and make recommendations for improvement
5. Draft detailed audit reports and management letters
Team Leadership
1. Lead, coach, and develop teams of 3-8 audit professionals
2. Supervise and review work of audit seniors and juniors
3. Allocate resources effectively across multiple engagements
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
5. Contribute to training and development initiatives
Profile
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
* 5+ years post-qualification experience
* Strong technical knowledge of working with a broad range of SME businesses
* Experience managing and developing junior team members
* Excellent client relationship skills
