Construction/MEP Planner
Salary: -£45-70k plus 6k car allowance doe

Are you a Construction or MEP Planner looking for a new role? The company is seeking a planner to join the planning function across the Southern Region. You will work on a number of projects ranging across different sectors, value, and complexity. The main purpose of the role is to produce realistic programmes to meet the project & client requirements whilst ensuring the contractual standards are met. This position will be based at either Exeter, Plymouth or Bristol (flexible) and site visits will be required depending on the project's needs, but a large percentage of the work can be done in the office or via Teams. Role & Responsibilities
1. Produce programmes across pre-construction and construction phases.
2. Support the work winning team by producing tender programmes for key bids.
3. Ensure the programme complies with the contractual obligations and internal company processes.
4. Agree a 'contract baseline' programme.
5. Capture agreed changes into the programme and communicate any impact to the project team.
6. Produce planning outputs in a timely manner as required for each project, which may include droplines, look ahead schedules, labour histograms, critical path analysis, S-Curves, and cashflow forecasts.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years' experience of planning in the Construction or M&E building services sector.
2. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or higher in building services.
3. Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge, problem-solving, and has the ability to cope well under pressure.
4. Proficient in planning software, preferably Asta Powerproject.
5. IT literate including all Microsoft Office 365 products.
6. Experience of JCT / NEC contracts.
7. Site experience (desirable).
