This includes performing client research, report construction and client contact, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service, senior administrative duties, working closely with Financial Advisers to support the client advisory process, and playing a key role in the business.Duties and Responsibilities:Your duties will include but not be limited to:Provide vital paraplanning support to the team of wealth advisersResearch products, financial planning solutions and investment strategiesPrepare recommendation reports for client meetingsWriting suitability reports/annual review reportsProvide a high level of technical supportAssist advisers with client managementProvide advisers and clients with technical reports and informationEnsure high worth investment transactions are carried out accuratelyThe Ideal Employee:Relevant Skills/ExperienceExperienced with Cashcalc, X-Plan and FE Analytics is preferred but not essentialExperience of the Pension Switch marketExcellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong technical knowledge around pensions, investments and IHT planningGood communication skillsExperience required: 2 years Paraplanning experience.Qualifications required: Must show some CII exam results or hold Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate.
