This dynamic role calls for someone with a proven track record of innovation and excellence in both curriculum development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing and inspiring a team of teachers within an education-focused environment. A strong foundation in delivering qualifications such as Essential Digital Skills, Health and Safety, and ICDL (International Computer Driving License) is essential. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience will guide the successful delivery of these programmes, ensuring our learners thrive. You will hold a recognised teaching qualification alongside relevant subject-specific qualification. Furthermore, you bring to the table expertise in assessment practices and Internal Quality Assurance, underscoring your commitment to maintaining and enhancing educational standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Faculty for Vocational Skills, you will join a collaborative team of Programme Managers dedicated to designing and continually refining a curriculum that is not only responsive to local community needs but also elevates the overall quality of learning experiences and outcomes.
