In this dynamic and diverse role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual to provide crucial support to our Edinburgh team, where you’ll quickly become the backbone of our operations. This is a fully office-based role. The Role Provide exceptional administrative support to project engineers, estimators, managers, and Directors. Ensure administrative processes align with company standards and ISO9001 requirements Manage team diaries, keeping information accurate and up to date. Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Organised and maintain Project filing systems. Assist in collating and preparing financial information, reports, presentations and supporting documents. Support site teams with site packs and weekly returns when needed. Assist with material orders, invoice matching and resolving queries efficiently. Oversee the procurement of office support services. Handle document management tasks, including filing, copying and scanning. Coordinate meetings including room set up, catering arrangements, accommodation and scheduling. What you will need Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role or similar position. A background in Building services (advantageous) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach. Strong problem-solving skills and able to make decisions independently when required.
