PA to Senior Executive Leadership Team - (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey as a Personal Assistant to either our Chief People Officer or our Chief Claims Officer and their Leadership teams? We’re not just looking for someone to manage calendars and take notes— we want a superhero who juggles tasks like a pro, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the best organisation skills to projects!
As one of our PAs, you can be based in either Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or Salford Quays, Manchester. The roles are also 12-months FTCs.
You will provide an exceptional and confidential PA service, supporting projects by coordinating activities, working with colleagues to collect information for performance reporting, and acting as a contact point for teams. You'll handle and respond to complex queries from stakeholders and pass on relevant information to team members. Additionally, you'll support weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, monthly pillar Governance meetings, and quarterly pillar-wide meetings.
Your role will be essential in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently, creating the space and time for our People or Claims & Operations leaders to focus on our colleagues, our customers, and ensuring First Central continues to adapt, develop, thrive and be the number one choice!

What's involved:
* Manage & co-ordinate busy diaries with many conflicting priorities & able to resolve clashes swiftly & troubleshoot or escalate, as appropriate.
* Provide cover for the Group CEO’s Executive Assistant and other Executive PAs during any times of their absence.
* Co-ordinate arrangements for internal & external meetings (accommodation, itineraries, catering, travel).
* Organise, facilitate and attend (where necessary) strategy days and team meetings for the relevant pillar.
* Support the relevant Executive with duties required to ensure the business area runs efficiently.
* Continuously suggest and implement new and improved ways of working across the relevant business area.
* Proactively manage communications to the business area on behalf of the relevant Executive, including drafting email communications and creating other methods of communication where required.
* Oversee due dates for actions arising from Board & Committee meetings.
* Attend meetings & take minutes & actions, when necessary.
* Process expense claims.
* Support with email management, where necessary.
* Assist with the production of documents & presentations & provide support with projects, when required.
* Process holiday requests & absences using Workday.
* Welcome guests to the offices & ensure all their requirements are met during their visit to First Central.
* Communicate professionally both internally & externally with key stakeholders.
* Operate a continuous improvement mindset with identifying opportunities, making recommendations & executing improvements to systems & processes.
* Support with occasional personal commitments.
* Comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times.
* Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times.
