As our Lettings Assistant, you’ll play a key role helping people in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas in the important journey of moving home and setting tenants up for success in their new home! Working with colleagues, tenants, and external partners, you will provide seamless coordination and support throughout the lettings process, including the preparation, advertising, allocation of homes, and supporting tenants during the move-out process.

Proactive and organized, you’ll collaborate effectively with our teams and external partners to solve problems and ensure our tenants are well-supported. You’ll focus on providing excellent customer service, making tenants feel listened to, and ensuring a positive experience.
Drawing on your skills and experience, you’ll contribute to developing processes and policies that help us meet our business objectives and KPIs, while continuously improving our service.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in lettings services and administration, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to provide administrative support for the installation of aids and adaptations within the Group’s homes.
* Willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector.
* Ability to assist in implementing processes and systems to enhance service delivery.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with all stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
