You will be a fully integrated member of both our partner organisation Bradford District Care Foundation Trust's (BDCFT) Children and Young People's Community Eating Disorder Service (CYP CEDS) and the Dietetic Service within Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT). CYP CEDS is a dedicated and friendly service working across Bradford District and Craven CAMHS, treating a range of diagnosable eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID. The multi-disciplinary team includes psychology, psychiatry, nursing, dietetics, family therapists, mental health practitioners and associate practitioner roles. The family therapy FT-AN, FT-BN approach is at our core. Bradford's Nutrition & Dietetic Service is a large dynamic team of Dietitians and Assistant Practitioners working in Acute, Community and Primary Care settings, supported by an excellent administrative team with good IT and library facilities. Main duties of the job To act as a source if expertise in the dietetic management of eating disorders in the CAMHS specialist eating disorder and intensive home treatment service across Bradford and Airedale. To educate and provide training for the multi-disciplinary team, health care professionals, patients and carers. To provide a high quality specialist dietetic service to young people and their families in the community with a range of eating disorders Applicants must be HCPC registered dietitians, who have obtained relevant clinical dietetic experience and who are car drivers with access to a car to meet the requirement for regular travel across organisational sites (reasonable adjustments will be considered) Support BTHFT paediatric dietitians in the management of refeeding risk for young people with eating disorders admitted for acute in-patient care.
