Location: Unit A, Telford Way, Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, WF2 0XW Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday Hours: Monday - Wednesday 13:30pm - 00:00am / Thursday 13:00pm - 22:00pm Salary: £12.21 per hour What you’ll be doing: Efficiently pick and pack magazines and newspapers with precision Accurately scan and catalogue magazines to ensure proper inventory management Perform thorough quality checks on packed orders to maintain high standards Proactively locate over-stocked items, ensuring swift and accurate order compilation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to enhance productivity Strictly adhere to company procedures and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency Unload, load, sort, and scan incoming deliveries, ensuring timely processing and inventory accuracy What we need from you: Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a dynamic warehouse environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. A Forklift Truck (FLT) license is advantageous, though not required.
