This is an Office Admin position in the team, supporting on all things admin, coordinating engineers, customer support, sales, spare parts/stock and more. The salary for this position is £25,000, but this is very much negotiable and dependant on experience, what you can offer and vision for the future of the role too. The company operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, ideally having someone committed to coming into the office fully during training, but hybrid working and creating a structure for you is something welcomed and would be discussed. Responsibilities Working alongside the Service Manager to assist with service call management from start to finish. Managing all incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Co-ordination in purchasing of spare parts. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Managing customer correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters. Existing knowledge of customer service requirements & procedures. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite computer programs. Proven problem-solving skills, an ability to research & an aptitude for helping others. Service and maintenance knowledge is an advantage. Enjoys working in a team environment.
